Just a reminder to everyone that the contractor will be on site sometime this week to complete the repair and repaving of the roadway and driveways. Affected areas include the intersection of Jamesway, Klarecroft and Forestdale. Some areas on Jamesway Blvd. and one area on Klarecroft Way.

Contractor on site until June 28 to correct paving problems
It appears that after months of nagging, the contractor is finally here to repair the paving deficits. We were given little notice and so our apologies for not communicating the work in a more timely fashion and for the inconvenience this has caused.
Please arrange for your own parking clearance on Grosvenor. To request a permit, call the Town of Oakville, the number to contact is 905-338-4394. Hours are between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. Voicemail is available after hours for one night of unplanned overnight on-street parking.
Temporary street permits can be issued:
When parking needs temporarily exceed parking supply (eg. for overnight visitors)
When access to private parking is temporarily unavailable because of construction, driveway repairs, etc.
For a maximum of 30 days per year
Please note that if you have more vehicles than can be accommodated by your private parking space, you are responsible for making arrangements for the additional parking spaces needed. The town does not allow permanent on street parking.
We hope this will be rectified and the problems with ponding and cracking pavement finally solved.
