As well, please remember that letters or concerns should be sent to the board by e-mail. If you do not have access to e-mail, please document your concerns in a letter and place the letter into the mailbox of 1172 Jamesway Blvd. Concerns will be addressed at the next board meeting.
Please keep in mind that your board members are volunteers with careers and families. We are residents of the community and our evenings and weekends are precious. If you do have a concern, please don't knock on our doors in the evening.
